Dr Oliver Hutmacher is the managing partner of the Corporate Legal Group. He is qualified to practise as a lawyer in Germany and specializes in fields such as commercial and corporate law, and international business law. He has many years’ expertise and experience of specific areas of corporate law and German and international business law that are relevant to the SME economy. In particular, he attends to corporate law matters (including M&As) and cases relating to German and international business law.

Born in Pforzheim in 1971, studied law in Konstanz (Germany) and Ferrara (Italy), first state law examination in Konstanz in 1997, legal clerkship at Karlsruhe district court including internships in Karlsruhe, London and Konstanz, second state law examination in Karlsruhe in 2001, admitted as a lawyer in 2001, graduated in 2002, specialized in construction and architectural law in 2006, specialized in commercial and corporate law in 2010, specialized in international business law in 2016.
